[ 04 - Process ]

How a project runs.

Four phases, each ending in something you can see and react to. No long silences, and no phase that exists only to bill for itself.

  1. Understand

Design research, market context and constraints. We agree on what the product has to be true to before we draw anything.

  2. Explore

Sketching and rapid concept work. Breadth first - a spread of directions, each with a reason to exist.

  3. Resolve

CAD, CMF development and physical prototyping. The chosen direction gets tightened until it holds up in the hand.

  4. Deliver

Manufacturable files, renders and a story your team can present internally or take to market.

[ What you get, per phase ]

Phase 01Research summary, constraints, agreed direction
Phase 02Sketch pages, concept boards, feasibility notes
Phase 03CAD, CMF spec, physical prototypes
Phase 04Manufacturable files, renders, presentation deck

Every phase ends with something in your hands.
